As promised, jewelry making and beading classes are now posted for February at Trimtex in downtown Williamsport! I'll be posting March classes as soon as I have them put together. Beading : Trendy Hoops ~ Tues Feb 16th 5:30-7:30 pm
Cost: $25.00 includes instruction and supplies
All the rage in jewelry catalogs!. Students will learn to roll headpins using round nose pliers and attach their dangles to sterling silver or brass hoops. The more dangles the better for the "cluster" look.
Chunky Stone Bracelet ~ Sat Feb 20th 5:30-7:30
Cost: $35.00 includes instruction and supplies
Chunky Stones and Chain Bracelet: Use different materials to finish a one of a kind gemstone bracelet. Stunning with large chunky natural stones, a variety of metal links and more.
A bracelet sure to dazzle all!
Cording: Ending it in Style ~ Tuesday, Feb 23rd 5:30-7:30 pm
Cost: $25.00 includes instruction, cords and beads
There are many different types of cord end options. We'll be exploring a variety of different cords including satin, leather etc, learn basic skills to finish cord and ribbon ends for necklaces, bracelets & other surprising crafty uses! After learning these finishing skills, you will be able to shower yourself and friends with fabulous jewelry and gifts!
Jewelry Making - The Basics ~ Feb 18th 10am-11:30
Cost: $20.00 includes instruction and supplies
Beginners learn the basics of stringing beads, crimping, attaching, finishing, measuring and more! Get all the skills to go home and create your own!
Peyote Stitch for Beginners ~ Feb 27th 10-12
Cost: $25.00 includes instructions and all supplies
Beginners learn the basic peyote stitch with cylinder beads. Create your own wonderful earrings and take home the skills to continue the art of peyote stitch!
Jewelry Making Demonstrations: Feb 10 and Feb 24th
Cost: Free for all!
Stop in to see whats being designed! Great ideas for you to take home and try out on your own! A different project every time!

I stopped at Trimtex today to buy some ric rack for a quiltI am making. OMG I loved the beads! I can't wait until I have more time to spend and look at everything. My daughter and I took the jewelry making class at PCT last year at this time. I really want to take a class and will keep watching for them. Unique and beautiful beads are so hard to come by and I was impressed with the selection. Can't wait to meet you and create something beautiful! Deb
