I like the Evernote just as well if not more....with Google Chrome Ext "Web Clipper" I can add web pages with a click...I add my inspirational jewelry pictures, so I have inspiration to help form new ideas. When I collect pictures, I add notes to each with my ideas of where I could go with it...
Evernote also has a mobile app that syncs with my PC, so where ever I'm working, I can add information or retrieve it to share with others easily....
I work in many different mediums, so I can create folders for each category for example recipes, soap making, jewelry design, gardening, then sub folders of areas, i.e. Jewelry design {inspiration, research, marketing, ideas, metal, leather, glass, beads etc} In a second I can be where I need to be and in a second, I can add pictures & info by just a click.
So if your paper world is out of control or your organizational process isn't really working, check this out...it's really user friendly and free! I'm including an article from Etsy's Jenn Vargas, she has put together an informative article of how she uses it. I think you'll find it really helpful. Evernote is on facebook, twitter and has a blog as well!
