For online shopping I like Etsy! For local, we have a lot of little shops in my town, it's an artsy community, also craft shows and even the mall occasionally!

I usually buy jewelry from Malls and Claire's, but when I buy online it's usually from ebay because something always seems to happen resulting in me not getting it when I try other online stores.
Those earrings are GORGEOUS!

When I shop I like to see if someone has an artfire shop because I know they haven't paid an arm & leg for the listing.

If I buy locally it's usually from craft shows.

Hi Melinda!
If I purchase jewelry online it would be through ETSY, locally it would be at craft shows. I like the individual creativity you find in local shows and on ETSY :) Thanks for a chance to win a sweet pair of earrings. My 9 year old daughter and I are finally starting to share - she would love these!

Hi Melinda, i do not do much shopping for jewelry but if i am looking for something unique that i don't make it is definatly Etsy or Artfire & i do promote both of them on my blog as well as flyers around my community and word of mouth. It's very surprising to me how many people have never heard of Etsy when i am telling people about it they say:ET what?I explian how it works and waht you can buy. I don't have a shop there yet but would love to one day soon. I also like art & craft fair as you can see them in person. I don't have many follower's yet but would love to put a link to your shop on my blog if that is ok i away's ask first. ttfn L :)

I buy my handmade jewelry on etsy, pretty much exclusively.

I use Amazon and eBay for online shopping mostly. It was only recently that I discovered etsy. For local shopping I go to Accessorize in my neighborhood and various artisan markets.

I usually buy my jewelry by local craftsman at our local art gallery. I can't afford most of the art, but the earrings are definitely within my budget.
